After some medialunas and Mate for breakfast I left Cafayate heading for Salta.

Well, let’s say I already seen my fair share of roads and mountains. It’s really beautiful though. The mountains changes color and size along the way.

After parking the car and checking in at the hotel it’s time to try the local specialty, empanadas saltenas. And to that a local beer, Mmmmmmm.

Tomorrow I’m heading up in the mountains.

German Alps & UFO’s

The road out of the German alps was beautiful with mountains and lakes.

If this place hasn’t been in a bond movie, it should!!!!

On the road to the next location wich is San Agustin Del Valle we pasted by Capilla Del monte, a very famous spot for UFO sightings. I saw a few but I doubt there authenticity.

Roads, Roads and long roads. The distances are crazy here in Argentina.

After hours and hours of driving and no food. This is how I look.

Clam Chowder at Fisherman Wharf

A must try when you are in San Francisco is the very famous Clam chowder at the Fisherman Wharf. Here is mine waiting with a cold, draft San Francisco anchor steam.

And here is me, getting ready for the attack…

And this is how the story ends…

Creamy, a little bit too creamy for my taste, but very good and I am glad I’ve tried it.
